*2 Cups of Almond Milk- Unsweetened Vanilla

* tsp Maca Root -Horomone Balance, Energy Booster, Stress Reliever + more.

*Couple pinches of Chia Seeds- protein, reduce food cravings, help you stay hydrated, lower blood pressure & are rich in Omega-3. Please choose Chia wisely, I hear there have been cases of Salmonella reported.
Blend and injoy. Plus, am I the only one who didn’t know Avacado was a freakin fruit? Yes?..okay lol.
